• Provide Technical Support through phone, email to Business clients for Rogers products and services including network connectivity, equipment functionality/configuration, account provisioning, and application support. • Providing Technical support for Rogers Business Wireless LOB which includes but not limits to troubleshooting of iOS and Android and Blackberry devices,Cradlepoint, ZTE Rocket Hubs other Lte devices for Cellular(Call routing, SMS/ MMS,Shortcode routing, Voicemail and Wifi-Calling etc) and data connectivity issues(slow speeds ,CoverageNo data access etc), Rogers Webmail Support, Rogers Business Application and web portal support. Technical Support for Apple and Samsung watches for cellular Connectivity, Rogers Unison and Polycom Office phones and Softphones. • Providing Technical Support for Rogers Business Wireline LOB which includes but not limits to troubleshooting Network and Internet Connectivity for Rogers Business Grade CODA Hitron Modems both for Static and dynamic IPs, Office/Cable and SIP based Phones, Rogers Email/Webhosting,Cisco Meraki Access Points.Consulting tools like Splunk and Netcloud Manager to Monitor and maintain Customer’s and Neighbourhoods Network Connectivity. Educate customers on Rogers products and services; consult internal software, tools, guides for troubleshooting. • Ensure all customer interactions are thoroughly documented in ticketing system and escalate issues to the advanced Technical teams based on Complexity of the Issues.
• Provide knowledgeable Technical support and troubleshooting guidance pertaining to network, Internet, cable Tv, digital phone, and computer and shaw webmail/email issues to Shaw residential customers which includes residential grade modems, Shaw home phone systems and Shaw Tv Cable series including bluecurve and legacy tv Cable boxes. • Communicate by phone,email,chat with customers experiencing technical difficulties to determine and document problems experienced diagnose and help resolve the issues. • Consult internal software, tools, and guides, to research customer issues and implement solutions, document custome records with log of problems through ticketing system.
• Installing and configuring and maintaining computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners. • Experience with Windows 10, 2012.2016 Server, Exchange Server, MS Office 365, MS Sharepoint and using tools like SCCM, Intune and Active directory to Manage Endpoints and Users and groups. • Providing technical support across the company onsite and to the remote users. • Setting up accounts for new users through Active directory and also using GPO’s for enforcing required policies • Testing new technology and keeping Inventory reports for IT hardware assets.
